Pete has suggested that since the club membership and email list has grown it would be helpful if the host of any event or run send out their own email notice to members.  Also, as some events may have limitations on reservations it is important that you respond quickly to any run in order to confirm reservations.  To access email website Pete has tutorial to assist in sending out invites.

Pete reminded everybody they should learn to send emails to club members using the Email page.  He is not always available to send emails for members which could cause a delay in getting your mail out.
