AUTOCROSS SEASON IS NEARLY HERE:
The first SCC autocross weekend of the season is coming up on April 28-29 at the
Cow Palace. And registration for these two events is now open!
This year, you can register on line at MotorsportReg.com. You'll need to create
an account on MotorsportReg (MSR), which is free. You enter your personal
information and your car information into your profile, and then that info is
automatically loaded onto your registrations.
Once you have an account, you can ask MSR to show you all events coming up in
the areas of interest you check (like autocross or open track). Or you can
search for specific events.
Our first event is called "Mad Cow V Auto-X." You can also find it by searching
for WSCC events. Once you get there, the registration process is pretty
intuitive. You can register for Day 1, Day 2, or both days. You can even select
your preferred Run Group.
You will need to provide payment information (credit or debit card), but your
account will not be charged until the day of the event. If your plans change,
you can cancel and your account will not be charged, except for the MSR fee of
$2.50. When you arrive, you'll be ready to go. Just sign the waiver.
